Kayla Maurice is the heart and soul behind Karm Collective, formally known as Karm YXE. Born and raised in the Northwest Territories, Kayla moved to Saskatchewan in 2009 and instantly felt a connection to Saskatoon, where she now calls home. She is a proud mother of two and has always had a deep passion for beauty, healing, and helping others. Driven by this purpose, Kayla opened KARM just before the pandemic and hasn’t looked back since. Her commitment to her craft and her clients’ well-being shines through everything she does.

Kayla’s extensive training reflects her dedication to excellence and personal growth. She is a certified Lash Extension Technician, Ombre-Powder Brow Artist, and Dermaplaning Specialist with certifications in Access Bars, Reiki (as a Master Teacher and Practitioner) Lash Lift and Tint, Brow Lamination, Cosmetic Teeth Whitening, and Angel Oracle Reading. Constantly refining her skills, she ensures her clients receive top-quality personalized care.

At KARM, named for her youngest child’s initials, Kayla has created a peaceful and uplifting space where clients can find both beauty and healing. Inspired by her late grandmother the dragonfly symbol embodies Kayla’s belief in transformation and resilience. Her warm energy brings comfort and her genuine care makes each visit to KARM a truly rejuvenating experience.
